I cant seem to get the 5part download to install. Keeps giving me corrupt data everytime I go to install.

Hmmm try putting them all in a folder and run AnimusROFull12_24_2011.exe You might also experience some problems if you're about to run the game under Windows 7 or Vista check this out http://www.animusro.com/forums/index.php/topic,114437.0.html (http://www.animusro.com/forums/index.php/topic,114437.0.html)

I don't think he's at the part where he tries and opens the client. He has a problem "installing" though if he has the Small Window Error he'll be back to that link to find a solution ::)

I have it all in one folder. It just corrupts when I go to install.

Try downloading the files again or delete where you were trying to install the game then install it again. That's all I could think for now /hmm It seems that many people are experiencing problems with the 5 parts. I'll test this because I have the old installer which works perfectly.

Yup. Whats the conversion installer? Oh and it always fails at rdata.grf
If you played on a different server before and you know the your sakray files are up to date then you download the conversion installer so you can play on AnimusRO. I'm pretty sure ratemyserver.net provides up to date sakray files

I'm not really sure I only play this server, I'm currently downloading the 5 parts aswell and going to test for any problems on another computer.

Ok so I just finished downloading and installing it. The files have changed and there are also new ones aswell, the setup.exe/opensetup.exe (changing resolution and game settings) is different from the old one. Did the kRO work for you?

Im not sure yet. Data.grf is split into 7 Rar files. How do I connect them all?

You need this http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm (http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) at the top choose which one you need 32 bit or 64 bit. I'd recommend you put all those 7 files in a folder then once they are all finished downloading right click on the first part and extract to the folder.

Hmmm well the 5 parts works when I tested it I didnt get any errors.

Try downloading the 5 part full installer with a different browser or a download manager (like www.freedownloadmanager.org (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org)).
Conversion installer is pretty much outdated, but if you patch it, it should work. Also, you should not use the Sakray files (sdata.grf) anymore, but only kRO and renewal files (data.grf and rdata.grf). To patch these files, you should use rsu-kro-renewal-lite.exe and rsu-kro-rag-lite.exe.

Maybe try a different computer if possible, or ask a friend or someone else with an internet connection to download it for you, then transfer it via a thumb drive?
Which browsers did you use to download the installer?

You said you have a custom theme? Meaning?... an OS? maybe this is causing the problem. Change it to windows default then try?

Can you try verifying the files? This won't fix anything directly, but it will tell you which specific file is corrupted.
