Gives you the WS ability Increase Weight Limit.
Each gym pass increases weight by 200, up to a maximum of 2000.
(Don't use it on a WS.)

It does not give the same skill merchants have. It is a completely different skill so merchants can use it.

You sure? I mean, it's the same skill name as what the Merchant branch has. I personally don't find any reason at all to use it on a Merchant branch due to a cart, but still...
Just sounds so much like overkill for them to be able to use it too.

Its really exactly the same... Its funny seeing my HW have a blacksmith skill :D
