Title: Juperos Core

For some reason I can't access it. We survive the elevator but find ourselves sent back to the area you enter just after you kill all the switches and get to the center. Are we not supposed to be able to access Juperos Core anymore?

We checked that guide out but it doesn't explain the reroute. We did everything it said. =/

Did you try going out what you thought was the exit portal.  There is one part that looks like you got sent back but if you go out the portal it takes you further in.

The one in the middle of the map or the one to the left (or right) of the map?

I thought the elevator was supposed to kick you out now. It did the last trip we took, instead of all clicking an npc to exit the portal/elevator we got sent directly to Juperos Core.  Unless I'm forgetting a step, then Ex is probably right. Try either which ones of the portal? I'll ask Erda if he saved any of the raw files from his video to show what happened during the elevator part from our last trip.

We tried one of the portals but that sent us through the same path to get to the elevator again (where you get ambushed by mobs then get to the NPC where you need to place separate crest pieces in order to access the next map).

After that we got onto the elevator again, then found the same room after the elevator part got done. xD

Did you talk to the elevator again after you beat it? I'm kinda stabbing in the dark here, since that one trip was the first one since aegis and we've not gone back since. And i asked, erda doesn't have the files anymore =(

Yeah but we got sent through the loop all over again. At that point we were like "Okay screw this! Lets just go goof off instead." /heh

Were we supposed to do some kind of quest before going to the core?

No, just have all the crests, use them to get through the checkpoints, enter the elevator, and it kicks you out to the core. Maybe something bugged in there, and it should be looked into. Can't say for sure I'd recognize things since it was a tad backwards from what it used to be.

Sorry mousey, I've already deleted my raw Fraps from that event.

From what I remember, the elevator part was completely automated now upon entry. You were automatically kicked out of the elevator and dropped off into the last floor ???

When we were kicked from the elevator, we'd just end up at the same spot before you go through the loop to get to the elevator. Idk what's going on. =x

Maybe I should try it again later on to see what's up. I know it isn't the crest pieces since we all had like 15 of each. /heh

The portal in the middle.  I don't remember when exactly this was during the trip but we all got sent back and then when we went through what I thought was an exit it took us further in.

I might be able to answer your question.

In case you didn't already know, the Juperos Core has a time limit when it comes to the elevator part. If you don't kill the enemies within a certain amount of time, they will self destruct and you will be sent back to the higher level.
