I was thinking about making an instacast either ME priest or Wizzie.

Do berzebub cards stack? And once I got the cast time down to instant, what should the other stats go in? Just vit?

But equips wise, I was thinking a Rod [4] with drops x4
slotted headgear with Dark Illusion and footgear with Dark Lord
probably not use gloves so I can have any toon wear it.

Any suggestions? And what do you guys recommend? I have been out of the game for so long!!!!!
I have seen a few instacasts on this server and I am just curious at how they do it. Thanks for everything guys. Seems like a stable server

as far as I know, berze cards stack. However it won't let you get insta cast. Since it's reduce time by 30%, so even you have 0.01 cast time, it'll reduce 30%, not making it instant (near instant though). The only way instant cast is 150 dex. Other stats better go to vit.

Correct the only class that can get insta-cast from Cast Reduction gear are Crusader/Paladins. In order to get insta-cast on any other class you have to have 150 total dex. Take a look at this thread to see how to get insta-cast without Kahos/MVP gear.

The only class that can reach IC with only 1 dex is crusader/pally i think

2x berz = 30+30 = 60%
DL and DI combo = 20%
Aegis = 18%
Clock Tower Manager mid = 5%

[If used DI valk and CTM mid]
or
[If used DI mid and Kathryne Keyron upper headgear(reduce cast time by 1% per refine lvl)]

Making a total of over 100% cast reducion which makes it instant cast

Nah there's a mage combo out there as well but it requires you to give up a sqi and use Wing Staff.

Well that is great. I mean adding all the cast reduction stuff and loading with dex means I would be on my way. And I have been reading more threads about several old heads like me. Like have a bard solo a castle in WoE... (done before cough cough) Or just how the game use to be. And I just figured that the cast reduction wouldnt give me instacast but get me well on my way. As you can tell I am all over the place with this post because I am getting ready for work and what not, I am going to get off before I sound more noobish or just a complete dumb dumb. Orlean's set gives 5%, and using a second DI instead of clock tower is an additional 5%.

Yup, my silly mistake :x Orlean's Uniform isn't part of the set, but I highly doubt that the shield still gives 10 % cast reduction.

2 x Beelzebub Card (accessory)= 60%
Dark Lord Card (shoe) and Dark Illusion Card (headgear) Combo = 20%
Aegis Shield (Crusader/Paladin Super Quest Item) = 18%

You don't technically lose it. It just cancels each other out. Not that big of a deal for a really nice gain, of yet another 10% CR.
