So let's review;

Thanatos Card is ok, specifically because it's a .01% drop rate; Cardable in any weapon, including SQI's, and in doing so available to be gained 190 aspd for any class or +% or +Atk modifier cards in it.

Ice Pick [1] is 'broken' or 'not implemented' at the same .01% drop rate; Can only hold one card. Not usable by every class. Still follows suit to Thana/IP nerf on damage reduction which would still stack % wise vs a card of +Atk or +% modifier on it?

Logic please GM's  ???

Should this be moved to suggestion section or... reasonable response not to...?

I think because in the past everyone shouted "IP [1] IS BROKEN!!!!111" Talis never added the item to the drop table of RSX-0806.  That, and the weapon has not been discussed as "ready" to be implemented (whether it needs discussion or not is arbitrary).
