Yes the restat/skill npcs are in alberta and prontera. :)

just ask around in game and people will show you where.

there is also a platinum skill npc and job changer in the same location, as well as the hair/clothing changer

hi again~ anyone can explain the Ads, donation and point system to me?
I tried to read the wiki but still blur. I went to the item shop and take a look.
 So I purchase item based on the price listed on the shop or Ads shown below?  :-[

You mean there is a difference in price? price listed on the shop is correct.

The price listed below is Shop Points. U earn them by buying stuff from the ADs shop.

At the bottom of the page, if you have "Unfortunately, you need xx.xx Ad Credit more to buy this item." That means you're lacking Ads to buy the item.

so that means if i donate then I need to convert it to Ads then I can buy the items?

Is mvp card consider SQI items?

No SQIs are completely different and have to be made

You can also vote for ads
I believe once you buy ads, they just show up as ads on your account.

$1 = 1ad

when u donate it auto convert into ads. U don't have to worry about it.

SQI = super QUEST item. since to get MVP card doesn't require u to do quest so its not SQI. buttttttttttttttt if u're going for restricted WOE u can't use MVP cards n SQIs.
