Title: Long lost items recovery

Hi, I've been wondering if the items that were lost (well , scammed) since 1 year ago are recoverable.  Because i've seen a topic in wich talis said that some recovery ticket were taking much more time because the tracks of the items were not from animus or something. And i'm waiting for my recovery since a long time , without responses.

Maybe it's just because there's more ticket before mine in the list , but i just wanted to know if other people have the same ''Problem''.

As long as you put the ticket into the system a certain time period after the loss of the item, it is recoverable regardless of how long you end up having to wait for that recovery to occur.

well i know someone's ticket of more than a year still ongoing about scammed items.
Maybe be more patient it's not surprising to hear this kind of case.

My ticket took almost a year, and I was getting frustrated, but when GM Haine answered it, she answered it with a bang!  You're going to love the day you get "item recovered" in your support box!
