Title: Warp Clips

I was wondering how much the different kinds of warp clips are worth, such as major, elite, etc
and if they are bounded to an account or char at all

I can tell you they are not bounded at all, I have an elite warp clip... and i also tell you its quite handy~ at least for woe Lol.

an elite warp cost around 50-30m'ish (my preference) back or maybe cheaper and since it's pretty rare to see them.
