Title: headgears that allow you to cast buffs

What are all the headgears that let you use buffs if equipped, such as the Jaguar Hat?

Some shouldn't be given out for proper reason, Jaguar Hat's +4 str isn't that bad. But many skills, just how they work mechanically, can be game breaking. (well maybe not technically game breaking, but it makes the game rather ridiculous)

I'm not sure what you mean by "Use buffs" Use would indicate it's a skill that you can use, but off the top of my head I can't think of many like that.

Or just go into the advanced search and look for anything with skill in its script?
