IS it OK if I vote many times? Because im in an internet cafe and I use every computer to vote? wait.. does the same computer in an internet cafe have the same IP?

Yes every computer in the internet cafe has the same IP (at least to all the ones I've been to).
And even if they don't share the same IP, your forum account will still have a cool down.

Yes every computer in the internet cafe has the same IP (at least to all the ones I've been to).
And even if they don't share the same IP, your forum account will still have a cool down.
forum account? i though its IP.. and im not changing my IP there are 2 Internet cafe where i can play antherRO

It's both the IP AND the forum account that have a cool down.
And since it's illegal to have more than one forum account...

That would be against the voting sites rules, even so you still get paid to vote so trying to vote without having to wait for the cool down time is against our rules.

Stop looking for loopholes. This is a server where they punish for violating the rules as well as finding a way around them.
