I made a ticket to customize a kaho horns to a taurus crown. Well, the thing is that I'm wrong on the information given on the ticket,GM Haine answered me quickly,but the user information was incorrect, so I had to correct the information of ticket.And now says the state of the ticket is closed by the player?now i have to wait long? :'(

You must of accidentally checked the box to close the ticket, I think you can reopen it by replying again with no box checked. Also R> move to proper part of forums, definitely not supposed to be here.
