Can i get 190aspd with one D?

You can get 190 with no Doppel.  I think it's better to go with DTT unless you have the gears and resources for TTT.  \o.o/  What do you plan on doing with the TF?  WoE?  Pvp?  PVM?

What would I need for TTT to get 190 then?

Also,it'd be for a bit of everything really. mainly woe and pvp i guess,

I think shit like +10 agi/dex food, Bris, Valk helm, real high base agi, and maybe even outside buffs.

so if I want 190 aspd without the major stuffs,

DTT is the way to go?

Yup. You can easily get 190 aspd w/ a single-Doppl'd TF.

TTT is hard to pull off but I heard the damage is great, (10k main and 3k off with EDP) so definitely worth looking into.
