Title: Can I still recover my account from AnimaRO?

I tried to sign in with my old account but the forum told me that the username is invalid :'(
I haven't played since a little before the switch-over but definatly less than an year ago. My account should be still active right?
Could someone please help me recover it? I'm pretty sure the username is rainyliu (there's a slim chance it may be rainylrainy). Thanks!

You should submit a support ticket with as much information about the account as you can find, and they should be able to send you an email with a password in it to the last email registered to the account.

I just logged a ticket. Any idea how long it might take before a GM reply?

Well, I made a similar ticket a week ago, and they're working on it (it's gotten two GM replies) but mines a different type case. It may take longer or shorter depending. My suggestion is to remain patient, because the GMs will get to it eventually. They do have a lot on their plates.
