Do the warpra's take you to every level of dungeons/maps etc?

The answer is no,
you'll be warped outside each dungeon.

Another question; $1 = 1 Ad Credit?
Everything you can get from the item shop, you need to get with Ad Credits, correct?

Yep.  You can get ad credits through donating, voting, or buying from other players in-game.

Each 1 Ad is also equal to 1M zeny . Although this was a few weeks back. Not sure what the prices now are.
