thats because you havent been shouting it randomly in every thread, had it in your signature, or even had the GM's tant you with it >.>;

Server needs more custom hats.
Some people go for the style and appeal while some go for the utility.

Who needs custom hats when there are hundreds of official hats still to be implemented?

Gravity adds new hats like every week.

I've seen a jRO (Japan) character simulatior and they have even MORE hats than anything else I've seen. XD

Yeah, jRO generally gets more hat releases than kRO. Generally bRO, twRO, thaiRO and pRO get some exclusive ones for a while as well.

Yea its not necessary we copy their hats - we can make new ones to adapt here. Most of Gravitys hats are useful on official server in one way or another. Here there is Kaho , Valkyrie Helm and Soul Ring. People would never bother - hence custom. Style is necessary so is utility :)

There's Restricted WoE no? Some of the newer hats are pretty awesome for that.

i was disappointed when i found out how the shaman hat looked on my character(it was smaller than i thought it would be T_T)

different topic, but we really do need to discuss this thing sooner or later :/ (with GMs)
