Title: Swordbreaker + armorbreaker

yesterday i was chatting with some friends in pvp and i ask them about Swordbreaker Armorbreaker if any would sell me those , some say there is an NPC who can make them for you ..


is there any one have an idea about that ??
were is this NPC ?
is there ING ??
