Title: Has Noxious Card been edited?

Well, I haven't tested the card recently, but looking through the shop I noticed the Neutral Reduction has been removed. Seeing this, I'm thinking Raydric might be nice to have...

RMS says it has Neutral reduction as well as ranged reduction.

But aRO's ad shop only says:

What's the deal with that? GM input plox? Has anyone tested it?

Edit: Just checked in-game as well, and the description still matches RMS. 10% Range, 10% Neutral.
I just don't see why the Card Shop one is different.

I think it's just the card shop description that's wrong. On further investigation a lot of the descriptions are incorrect.

I tested, and Noxious does reduce both long range and neutral damage.
