The luxory of having 190 ASPD or near, influence that. Try using an empty weapon, and see the delay in comparison to 190 ASPD. Then you will see the slight delay in spammability.

In general a skill can only be used after both the aspd delay and aftercast delay. If a skill has no after cast delay then you just have the aspd delay to wait. If it has a after cast delay but you used a kiel to reduce its delay shorter then aspd delay then another kiel will no reduce it further as its current limit is aspd delay so you have to reduce that before adding another kiel will do any good.

After Cast Delay is calculated first, then aspd shortens the animation and makes you spam faster. Some skills have less of animation than others therefore is less affected by aspd (But still plays a part). And you find that the closer you get to 100% after cast reduction the more you need aspd to keep up the spammage.

no1 is answering the question
A: not really, you can cast another deluge and wb before the first 1 runs out, among other skills but you could get position lagged really badly, at least now we have @refresh

It's kinda odd that Drake and Boitata would hang around so much water though. I guess Drake can't swim or something. =P
