is it possible to custom to pussy cat bell kaho or not?

Don't believe so. I believe its only customizable if said head gear normally occupies the slot the PCB. For example the customized head gear normally equips to lower or middle and lower (in the cases of goblin mask pcb and alarm mask pcb).
