Title: What Episode are we on?

If we are on 13.2, how come I didn't see any bradium golems in new world ?_?

Half-assed 13.2 I guess. Because we don't even have Nyd yet the maps are still there.

We should be at least 13.3 already, we're *again* behind in comparison..

Then either someone customized the new world scripts in a way that they were not correctly updated, or it's not an official eA feature yet and all other servers with Nyd use a custom addition. I'm not really updated on which new content belongs to which episode.

I remember Aozora or Deepee saying that Nyd is not a part of eA yet and those servers that have it have customized scripts and stuff.

It is possible to implement those but it requires a lot of effort and some efficient eA Coding.
Also , you have to round off new world monster damages and gear values to fit within pre-renewal mechanics. Bradium shields and Bone plates have been modified in many servers to the point of being custom items.

yeah about that...most new world things 1-2 shot you
is that just how its suppose to be or something? granted they are lv100+ and compared to lhz monsters i guess that makes sense?

They get better after Renewal , I suppose every server having them now has to nerf their strength to a logical point.

yeah their renewal versions are much weaker, at least looking at all the stats and stuff, and not knowing the mechanics

even then, renewal also comes with 3rd classes and new pwn skills and higher lvl cap. even with some skills completely different there's still a big gap in power between the 2 versions

NW as designed for 3rdies or high transies.

i knew that, but w/ the current mechanics, any server w/o god items or mvp cards will barely stand a chance
at the same time though, those servers prob had no problem upgrading to renewal :<

well i guess a lot of them has custom 3rd classes like mentioned, and maybe custom NW :<

Lot of servers have partially implemented 3rd classes but its subjected to heavy customization. Renewal I suppose means complete integration of Renewal mechanics and 3rd classes corresponding to the latest kRO releases. I do know of just one server. They seem to have a very competent scripting staff although they are a new server presently.

aRO wont be getting Renewal or 3rd classes till eA developers put it inside eA and make it a default. I doubt eA will be getting complete renewal before 2012.

Renewal was the official servers way of saying "Goodbye Private servers, good game".

now i'm courious as to how the original raganrok is like @_@(i still love aRO :D)

I have been trying iRo Valkyrie a bit recently. Its a big put off due to the lag though. Even the new Ygg server is laggy has hell with just 1000 players. The thing which I call original RO was RO before 2-2 classes came out. The Games best time.

That's weird, I never lag, I'm on iRO Sakray and never lag, tried Ygg and Valk and no lag neither.

It's actually pay once to make 9 chars on Premium server then the rest is free. Anyways, the fee is so cheap (7$) that I would consider it. Some people from Valkyrie / Ymir changed servers to Yggdrasil, so Ygg is more populated now (there once was just like 70 ish people online before).
