hmm.. i tried creating a char with 3 letters but it won't let me same as 23+ characters i guess its the same since everything ends up in-game/.
I'm not sure about this but my champ's name is Jen and I've seen some 3 letters ign.

If you submit a support ticket you can get a 3 character name. If you have more than 23 characters it messes up your account a bit. :P I recently had a ticket where the name was 24 characters long and when we tried to log back into the account, none of the characters on the account would show up.
