Title: Alchemist Potion Creation Guide

I Looked at a previous thread on where to find an NPC who sells the potion creation guide (Top right of aldebaran) but all I can find is Santa Claus!!!

Can anyone tell me if i'm just blind or where I can find it please?

It's the bottom left of aldebaran if I'm not mistaken.

You can purchase all the guide book except for the Elemental Potion Creation Guide. You can obtain it by doing the Alchemist's Platinum Skill Quest.
