I just remembered that we had that 'area' or whatever.. And I have no idea what it is...
Could a level 95 Wizard with IC leveling there?

As long as you're careful HW/Wiz is a very good choice for the New World.

Well, you have to do a series of quests to get there. Look up New World Quest on Google or something.
