Title: What are some good champ equips?

Im planning on making a champ and i was wondering what gears would do for a pvp base champ.

I'm quite new to champs.
Please name the items, thank you.

Do you have to have sting brys? Cause thats my main concern -_-. i can afford celebs D:

I don't think kiel is much good for them. I use BK awe but you can use Di aswel.

I lacked Sting bris at the time I mained champ and I believe the only problem is it's kinda hard to get IC without outside buffs.

Kiels would make reaching IC even harder but as long as you don't mind eating food or getting some gear that adds a bit more dex. . . it should be fine.

Sting Bris would probably be more convenient than celebs in the long run, however, you could try a cast reduction setup. I had a friend a while ago who ran a build like that and it worked pretty well in all fields, especially when it came to Asura builds since you could stack more int and str rather than worrying so much about dex.

If I ever went back to Champ that's probably what I would do.

The gear would be similar to what SukiChii already mentioned, just swap out the sting and add cast redux. (beezle)

Wouldnt you have to worry about the opponents flee? x_x

In PvP?

You don't have to completely go without dex and there are plenty of ways around it.

A couple of things that come to mind are Oct which never misses (I believe) and Asura, status effects (freeze, stone, etc), probably more but I can't think of any atm.

Thing is, you can have problems with flee even at 150 dex if your opponent is stacking enough, just gotta work around it.

Always wonderedm why do people use Wind marc armor?

You don't freeze; And you take less damage from water and wind.
I don't use one myself, but I suppose it would be mainly for defending against frost joker, warm wind spirals, suiken, and storm gust/jt.

Celebs are fine, and Di is the best champ mid still imo for dmg dealing with asura as well as the nice hp bump and cast reduc when non-IC.  Easy way around flee is occult/investigate and asura.
