Title: What ever happened to the slotter NPC?

Pretty sure its been many months since Socket Enchant has been up there in the top right .
Has the thing been abandoned or something ?

Can't be a surprise if was supposed to come several months ago.Its more of a backlog .
Talis' surprise has "apparently" something to do with PVP,DA or BG or so his posts suggest.

Well in an announcement post, Haine gave a short list. Something like Nidhoggr's Nest, socket enchant and something else. Maybe we have to wait until Nidhoggr is implemented?

That and yeah GM Haine was the one well.. maybe it will be out together when Nidhoggr's Nest is implemented alltogether.

The fake announcements are just to keep people from leaving. And it's working.... a little.... Don't see them happening any time soon, though.

The fake announcements are not even updated anymore, as I am now doing most of the coding anyway, so don't say that you won't see them happening anytime soon when you don't know shit, k? I can just as well use the news box for other stuff, nobody would probably notice. EDIT: Better?

I didn't do it yet, because your stupid SQIs keep occupying some of the item IDs that are used by the slotted versions of items (see the book of the blazing sun problem). I wanted to change all SQI IDs to an unused ID range before I add the socket enchant NPC, so there are no more conflicts. I just didn't get to it yet, so stop whining.

I remember dinger being very upset about that as well when he was implementing certain things ><
