i remember like few months ago TF is hard to get and very expensive but now theres 2 or 3 in vending and a little cheap to... whats up with that?

Must have to do with the de-buff upon entering PvP. Ever since that change was applied the TF price decreased with like... 50mil?

I wonder, this has nothing to do with discounts in the item shop or the return of voting? I had always assumed that prices deflated on TF and other things when the supply of ads and item-shop items increased, hence why I assumed voting and discounts were responsible.

Nah, it's the extreme deflation in price for BoDs most likely. They used to fetch for 1m average. Now I'm seeing 150k for them quite often. Seeing as how you need 40 BoDs, you can see why the price drop was so extreme.

I havent made TF, or even researched making it yet... but what you said makes sense i have noticed price drops across the board on many other SQI too, i wonder if similar circumstances forced change on them as well

In general, every single SQI is alot cheaper except mjols at the moment. With the whole voting/ad donations(15%), everything has dropped dramatically, now i think its very hard to earn zenies unless you niff or sell loots Ive sold my DDDr Tome for 153m the other day :o and even thats super cheap, took me about 2 weeks to sell... my ddv belmont is vending at 183m and thats still super cheap :o

Dont think it has anything to do with that. Some months back there was a huge surge in demand for twin fangs- they nearly touched 320m. Because of the surge a lot of people started making twin fangs and this is probably why the price of twin fangs have crashed along with BoD and infils(more supply, less demand). The demand is just really low atm. It's really easy to pre-buff in pvp if you really need to, sakura proves that.

Because DDV belmont sucks o:
Carded Twin Fangs were easily makeable for about 250m when people were selling them at 300+. Its just the lazy factor.

Yea it was probably because a majority of sinx switched from daggers---->TF
