Title: Which category should this support ticket go in?

So. Let's just say someone i know has some Anthem Pennies in their storage and they want to get those converted to Ad Credits. <_<

Should this be categorized under Donations/Ad Sponsors?

Also, does the category determine which staff member will receive the ticket to work on, or the level the ticket will be escalated to, or does it just help categorize the mountain of tickets? ._.;

I'd assume it would go under Donations/Ad Sponsors because they donated/ad sponsored to get the ads to get the Anthem Pennies, correct?

righto~ or they could have received the Pennies from another player to whom they traded an item, but that shouldn't matter. lol :P

so yeah, Donations/Ad Sponsors is probably the best answer... anyone else agree or have another suggestion?
