Does a kafra clip have unlimited uses? How does it work?

You equip it as an accessory and when you unequip it, your kafra storage will open up. Yes, it's unlimited, and unlike regular Kafra storage, there is no charge. It's an extremely worthwhile purchase on the right character /ok remember that it is account-bound.

It can be kafra'd but not drop or traded...

other characters on the same account - you can put it in your kafra storage. But you can't share it between different accounts.

If you have a Kafra Clip on an account ALL characters on that account can use the Kafra Clip BUT in order for your other characters within the same account to use it. You need to Kafra the Kafra Clip then get the Clip from Kafra on your other Character. You cannot trade the Kafra Clip to other accounts nor drop, vend or trade it.

Yes it is Account Bound.

I use it and it is useful for my archer. No need to use arrow quivers and dont need to leave the map. XD.
I recommend that to those serious about archer build class ( maybe gunslinger)

It is very recommended for characters with low weight limit, like the whole Archer class, Gunslingers, Bow Stalkers, Ninjas and maybe HWs.

I use it for all my account... that way i can stay on a map for ever as long as my kafra storage has the items i need before i re supply...

that shit is usefull to any character, my whitesmith use it in the bottom of a canyon, collecting hundreds of rings. ussually stayed there till two hours. ring didnt stack.

     I only got 1 so I made it count: wizzy, Slinger, and Whitesmith. Wizzy for suppot offense; slinger for fun fun Body Relo in Prison, and WS for plain ol' farming necessities.
