Title: Constant trouble with the website and server connection

Ever since the upgrade to the website, I'm having trouble (usually past 21:00 GMT -6) maintaining a connection to the server and accessing the website. Randomly the game will freeze and then say I was disconnected. Upon trying to log back in it will say failed to connect to server. When this happens I can't access the website as well. I will not be able to access the website for anywhere between 1-4 mins. Which after I have access to the site again, I have to close my aRO client to log back in. I always run both patchers (animuspatch and renewal) every day. Not sure what to do to fix this problem.

Again this has only been happening to be since the website migration.

The website migration has not affected the game servers at all.

Apart from that, there was a outage last night. Otherwise, there has not been any problems with the website that I am aware of... is the problem on your end perhaps ? Are you maybe using Wireless internet ?

We havn't changed anything except for the website code & the server the website is placed on so not sure :/

Same here for (GMT+08:00) Malaysia.

The game will freeze sometime
Two situation i faced recently:
              1) when log into game, freeze, and you cannot click anything, although you can see shops and people
              2) after using fly wing , then it freeze
I have to press alt +F4 and relog again.
The ping to server is quite high after website had changed.
Before the changing of website, my ping is 285ms.
now it goes up to 420ms + , and quite a lot of data loss occurred too ( Request timeout) :-[

i am the only one who using the internet in home and do not have any background program running and Downloading
Although I know Malaysia's ISP sucks,  my internet do well in streaming video and surfing web ( of course, i am not doing this while playing animusro  :P)

No, I don't use wireless internet for my computer. It's a direct link from the modem. Like I stated, this only happens with Animus (the game and website), every other website and MMO works during the time I cannot access Animus.

When I was DC'd last night and couldn't not access anything related to Animus, my friends on Skype said I was the only one who DC'd, and that they could access the website just fine. This happened twice last night, one about 20-30 minutes before my Original Post, and about 15 minutes afterwards.
