it says reduce casting time by 50% in 1hour.... its atually 5secs... more bark than bite .... do sth plz make it at least 3mins or sth ...

ahhh yeah that has been reported and will most likely just be a discription change. Feel free to go to the suggestion thread and make a topic about this though see if other people support.
