Sadly, no. Wish you could though.
What you could do is buy the amount of food that it takes to get to the next level and feed it at the proper intervals and follow that. For instance, it takes about 500 points to go to Cordial from Neutral. As long as you're feeding it when its hunger is within 11-24, you'll get 1 point for each feed. So you could buy 500 pieces of the food and keep track of the points through that.

That's what I did last time, But I forgot this time..
So now I'm all jumbled up. D:

I guess you could just feed it and when it finally reaches a new Intimacy level, then start keeping track by having the exact amount of food on you. x3
