Title: Here's a doosie (AnimaRO)

Here's the deal.
I finally traced the good old AnimaRO server from it's original origin to here.
I understand that it has changed from anima to anthem to animus.
My main question is.. If I played Anima, but never played Anthem or Animus, does my account and characters still exist? And cant I retrieve them?
I have tried logging into AnimusRO website with my old info (as i remember it), but to no avail.
If there is a GM that can help me with this, i will gladly discuss my old account info over a PM in hopes that you can identify my account information and retrieve it for me ^_^

Just a side note.. I can deffinately prove this was my account through detailed information as best i remember it.
I have to add that Anima was the first and ONLY private server to make me feel at home, it was the only one I can ever look back on fondly, and i'm super excited to become active in this new revamped version. I would be really discouraged if I couldn't get my account back though..
If the admin team could make at least one players day, isn't that worthwhile? thanks guy<3

Just submit a support ticket with the username and e-mail registered with the account. Since it was only accessed during anima, the only way you would be able to regain access to the account, would be if you still had access to the e-mail.

hmmm, thankyou for the reply first off.
I wasn't expecting anyone to get to me tonight.

I shall submit a ticket. I can deffinately still get into the email, the question is which email? you know how that goes..
hopefully if I give them information on my account they can at least tell me which email was used and i can go check it. i have forgotten so many emails.

Yea you will need the email under which the account was registered.It is the simplest way. Try providing them all your emails if you cant remember which one.

Hopefully I got enough info in there.

How long is the approximate ticket wait?
I may have additional info regarding the account i may not have submitted but i don't want to enter another ticket.

id imagine a ticket like this wouldnt take long its just locating an old account id.
