Gear -barely- matters in that case if you're good. (except for some MVPS)

I think wizard is good. Imho I feel that rogue is good for farming but it need decent gears to level n mvp effectively.

If I had to start all over again I would probably make a Rogue for some cash and maybe an Alchemist for free loots when I'm feeling lazy with a homunculus.

Rogue=Cake>Moscovia>crap

Alchemist(Homunculus)=Poison spores>orc2 crap>TF2>Prison>Niff

After saving up a bit I'd probably start gearing something other than a farmer.

Beginning to train a homun at poison spores first, even at lvl 20 is hard, if you're ready to follow it around throwing countless pots then sure I guess.

You're correct, I wasn't naming places to show where to level though, only places with loot you can look forward to as you progress.

Orc2? Prison? What kind of loot should you look forward to there?

Well, Prison has Elu which is nice to vend and use, as well as the regular loots, I've made plenty of cash from the scraps in Prison.

Orc2 also has pretty decent loot, I think I made a mil or two before I left on one of my Alchemists or Bios. . . The herbs down there are a nice addition as well.

But I can see how one would misunderstand, all I really left out was Payon Dungeon.

I was simply stating places you could make some profit, Payon didn't really seem like much compared to the others. However, if it bothers you I could always add Payon Dungeon.

Well karvos aren't worth a lot anymore, and prison scraps are only easy to get if you have greed on bs class. Also time consuming if you sit there picking up loots.

That's a shame, I'm not as market savvy these days.

I concur that a Blacksmith could greatly excel at money making compared to an Alchemist in Prison and a few other places, but this is just what I would do as an alternative from my main money source, the Rogue. I wouldn't recommend Homunculus leveling as a main source of income, just a fun/lazy alternative.

Again, this is just what I would do if I had to start all over, I don't claim it being the best method to start with, just what's most comfortable/fun for myself.

Yes, this is very good. Unless something has changed you can get Grand Cross and equip a bow and have high dex, which adds to your strength which adds to your grand cross damage. You can go insane and make a fortune in prison or churchyard... I'm not sure if Sonic blow transfers though? If it does it might get annoying? But I did this on another server and it went nicely, but again, not sure if it works here~

yes it does, but then again you can snipe the injustice out of the pile if you really want to.
