Title: Vesper card?

Does Vesper actually work?  I tried killing Eddga a few times with it and I don't notice a difference.  Before Vesper, it took me 4 Storm Gusts (3 if I used AMP before the first one) to kill him.  With Vesper...it's the exact same, both ways.   ???  I'd like some input on this, please.

He only has 15 mdef which isn't enough to tell a difference. Vesper's better against MVPs which have high Magic Defense. The one dex helps regardless.

If you doubt your Vesper is actually work or not, try it on high def monster like Kasa /ok
Like Neetox mentioned, Eddga got pretty low mdef to tell a different

Vesper = 10k SG's on Ifrit.

Without SoM, Megs, etc.
