Title: Stand Alone

I no longer have internet access at home, so I was wondering if it was possible to build an offline RO so I could entertain myself... forever alone.

Could anyone lend me a hand?

you can play RBO? >: (ragnarok battle offline) or like any other game.. i dunno, only reason ro is fun its cause its a massive multi

Truth be told, I don't interact with people in game that much. I happen to like mindless grinding, exploring, and killing even if its offline for no profit

you could always lurk around, find, and basically run your own eathena server locally to play on, i used to do that in my spare time to mess around with god commands and minor scripting of a few lame custom NPCs /heh

I wonder why you have no internet anymore? Parents had enough of you staying in front of computer all day long? I know lots of friend happened the same thing.

Yeah as Sirenean said run eathena server. it is easy to create. You can use your sakray from aRo. You can costumized it. It is fun to some point. BTW, you still be needing internet to download eathena and study the guides though. XD

Hate to disappoint, but it’s nothing like that. The internet I used at home was never mine to begin with; it was my neighbor’s wifi. It got to the point where I can no longer figure out his password no matter what I do, and when I do manage to miraculously find the password, his modem won’t grant me internet access. So ether he no longer has internet or he finally figured out a way to keep me out for good.

Anyway, could anyone point me to the files that I need? I can still get  access internet, but not at my house.

do u mean empty server mode it likre server allowed offline with only you in it with out having too download a whole server
everything u done in empty server mode will stay in ther. nore will effect the original server

its like a server personalies just for each account or any other RPG that see ur self and no other ppl

having ur own server pretty much ruin most of fallowing strict rules for any other RPGs
if u can simply minipulate the rules of any RPG it pretty much a very easy RPG thats no fun >_>
