Why can't my dancer use the skill into the abyss even when i partied her already... how to use this skill ?

Does the bard/clown in the party has it and stand next to her?

Yes, you must have a bard with the skill in your party.

A number of skills are actually an ensemble with a partner of the opposite gender job, yes.

These include for future reference:

Non-trans:
Lullaby (Sleep)
Mr. Kim a Rich Man (+Exp%)
Eternal Chaos (0 Def vs. Enemies)
A Drum on the Battlefield (+ATK)
The Ring of Nibelungen (+Piercing ATK for Lv4 Weapons)
Loki's Veil (Skill Disable)
Into the Abyss (Gemstone/Trap Requirement Negation)
Invulnerable Siegfried (Element/Status Resister)

Trans-only:
Moonlit Water Mill (Prevents entry, disabled in WoE)
Wand of Hermode (Magic Immunity, Party Buffs Disabled, WoE only)
