Looks like it's already in. http://www.animusro.com/forums/index.php/topic,96341.0.html I believe you have to put in a spend request ticket?

Ah so we do have it in game. But they stopped putting items on spend-request only so if its not in the shop the only way to get it is during an event :c

Headgears on that list and not in the shop can only be Kaho'd or PCB'd sadly =/
