Title: Orphanage NPC?

This was supposed to go under Suggestions and Random Ideas,sorry,feel free to move it.

I didn't see a thread for anywhere for it saying it was pending or declined. So,I'm just throwing the idea out there.
I've seen it a lot in other P. Servers. Some go with an elaborate house with a Nun and kid npcs,others just tack on to the Job Change NPC.
Benefits:

Parent less adoption allows the player to enjoy having a baby character without the risk of having cruel parents who summon their children and use them as Niff/Odin warp slaves,or players who adopt then never use those toons again.
I'm sure none of those scenarios happen! I mean,who actually adopts someone who isn't their alt on another account? XD

Disadvantages:

You lose the ability to leech off the much higher level parents.

A potential surplus of babies,inferior characters that can't really hurt anyone anyway,or at least not as much as their adult counter-parts due to the max 80 stat limit.

Course you could balance it by making adoption cost 2.7mil,the price of a wedding,but that would defeat the purpose.
