Title: What class and gears would I need in order to take on Ifrit and Valk?

I'm wanting a class that can take on Valks and Ifrits. Is it feasible on a 99 Champ with a Quad AK Mace, or perhaps a +7 Luna Kaleet [3] (I have one, but not invested in more AKs). Would a Bio be better without SQIs?

Bio is pointless for both Ifrit and Valk.

Well, FCP helps with tanking Ifrit.. but I'm not tanking him ever again on my champ unless I get majorly better tanking gears. I'm just wondering what I would need to be able to take Ifrit and Valk. I've used Gospel + Asura only on a few weaker MvPs, maybe around 250k~ Asura at best. I suck with champ. I don't care if I have to use another class to take them down, I just need to be able to. I have 265 BBs. I can't do it with my Sniper with all buffs possible.

All you need for Ifrit is a High Wizard.

As said above, all you need for ifrit is a high wizard. As for valk- dont try to solo it with a champ with a weak asura. And even with full gears, a well geared beginner champ will have trouble killing it. (soloing valk without IC can be difficult too)

The reason Biochemists don't really work against those MVPs is that they both have 25-30 VIT, well below the amount required for Acid Demonstration to do its work properly. Ifrit also has access to Pneuma to make things complicated. Unfortunate. D: However you're right, they'd be very helpful as a supportive role, just not as one of the main damage dealers.

A Sage/Scholar helps a lot using Dispel to terminate their buffs (Randgris' Assumptio and Ifrit's Two-Hand Quicken) although you could just as well have a priest lv1 KE Randgris to cancel her Assumptio.

In case it isn't known already, Ghostring Armor helps a lot against these guys, Earthquake is a serious issue, enough that sometimes people just solo Ifrit instead of take a party along.

I've tried Steel Body tanking Ifrit with all different gear variations, none of them really kept me alive in the long run. But, I want to be able to kill them besides. Don't you need a Vesper for HWs, and an SoM or Sting Bris so that you can wear redux/hp gears? I know dex food is a possibility, but I'm not sure how efficient it would be. No other classes besides Champ go against Randgris?

The only reductions you need are Jakk and Fire armor, instant cast, high vit and decent intelligence.  As for HP gears, I rarely even use sleipnir on my High Wizard in PvM/Boss scenarios.  If you die to a few hits, don't get hit.

Randgris is a touchy subject, she's still one of the most notorious to kill on official servers for all but the best MVPers no matter what's done, and usually their secrets stay with them. Even I don't have any good suggestions on how to analyze her since she's well and beyond above my league as an amateur.

Edit: Fixed to stress that it's probably easier for people to kill her here compared to elsewhere.

I always thought getting a good tank against her was a good idea.

And it sorta is, if you have a dedicated party, with all our SQis and shit she can go down in a matter of minutes.

For Valk I just use a plain old TTH suiken, 1.7k sp, 90 str, and enough dex for instant cast. Asura it and either flywing or die. Repeat until its dead. I can knock one dead in about 15~20mins soloing with this method. I heard AK maces and str/int food do decent dmg too from a friend that BBs with one.

Since you're a fan of gospel it helps tons for buffed up asuras. So does the sp dance from dancers/gypsys.

For valk, if you have a party, just have a High Priest tank valk and you're good to take her out in a matter of minutes.

I'm pretty sure u can take Valk by urself with a Bio but Ifrit i think u wanna party for that or make a champ with a lot of token of Seigfried since ur going to die a lot unless u get a priest to lex and keep asura ing Ifrit(this could work for valk too)
