so i dont know how to pm and i dont know what to put for bcc. help!!!!!!!!!!!!

You only put names there if you want to send the same message to multiple people. It shouldn't really matter.
To PM: Find the "IM" button below someone's forum name. Enter the subject and type the message. Hit send.
