why is their not alot of mobsters? since the move their is not alot now, so will they return?

I am not sure but i guess they did an re-boot and lowered the Mobster Spawn Probably
Then it's a bug - go to bug reports and make a thread and say that the mobster spawns seem to be reduced from the previous server. This happened in a lot of maps, so it's something to be fixed when caught. You've caught it, now go report it 8D
