Title: MVP vs Boss

I know MVPs are free for all, but as far as I know Bosses are not?

If bosses you mean Mini Bosses like Kasa.
They're not FFA.

So I guess that if the monster doesn't give the sign up when it gets killed, then its a "normal monster" and cannot be kill steal'd or loot'd.

From what I know, All bosses that spawn once in a while are FFA. This includes Angeling,Deviling etc.
On the old server we used to say all monsters that give MVP sign but as on now stuff like Angeling/Deviling/Ghostring/Sword Bosses/Chimera/Arc Angeling/Vagabond Wolf/Panzer Goblin/Mastering etc dont give the sign like they used to back in Aegis. Tendrillion or Mammoth should come under that ambiguous category too. Now, if Tendrillion spawned like Kasas then it wouldnt be FFA but the fact is it doesnt - it spawns like a MVP.

so is tendrillion ksable or not?

Only 1 spawns in a time interval so it should be FREE FOR ALL.
