Title: Geffenia dungeon

Hey guys,

i been looking to have a change of place from niff. The place i thot i could get good drops as well as leveling my hunter is Geffenia dungeons, farming off those sword mvps and false angel wing and also the chance of getting BOD. do these even sell these days ? Cos i see BOD priced at like 800k-1mil and that is like way OP :(

anyway, with my hunter, he doesnt have great equips
just normal- mid tiered ( Ever since i broke my kaho)
i got these equips
+7 luna bow
+7 devi muff
+7 mystel / +7 eddga
2* sting gloves ( 1 Hellpoodle in case heal is required a lot )

that s it. No better gears. can i be a match to the monsters there ?
And how do i get there ? i thot just walking from poison spore map i can reach, but is that true ?
can i use my WS with niff gears itself to go there and farm off these stuffs ? pretty cool ?

I would suggest you try Moscovia. It's pretty much the best place that 'mid-tier' can aspire to go to make money and level at the same time. It should be easy if you get a bow with some Scorpion/Kaho cards and use fire arrows. Just make sure you use Double Strafe instead of trying to DPS them. :l

By the way, a Kaho is probably the last thing you should be over-upgrading, the 2 defense increase from getting it to +7 isn't worth the ~70% chance that it will break along the way.

for geffenia you need an armor with a bathory card
BoD do sell but not at that price thats too much around 350-500k is average
you would need heals and it does get very mobby  there if your just going after BoD I suggest this map instead

for entrance to geffenia when you hit the last floor there is an npc in the center of the map that takes you to geffenia for 10k

you can use your WS also for geffenia but not on the abyssmal knights that drop the BoD they will break your armor and shadow attacks hurt without a bathory and devi on

nice. I was planning to go to that map for Sword mvp's drops and false angel wing and last thing for BoD.

I have a good SG gear set. I have a decent Sinx set. My kaho is a +5 mask of ifrit kaho and i had a good deal at +6, so just went in and tried. It was suppose to up, but it broke :(
I have around 26mil in hand and was planning to get a Doppel card in some bow to get 180+ aspd with awakening pot
I may end up using meats or monster feed based on the requirements there.

Thanks for the warp tip, i dint know there was a NPC in last floor :(
Was that last floor means in Geffenia 4 ? or geffen to geffenia before the poison spore warp ?
i have a bathory armor and a Vanberk mid that gives crit damage to the Abysmal knights, still not advicable ?

Farming using hunter imho is not a good idea, you will be rape easily if you get mob. I prefer WS and these are my gears and you will be fine.

Soul Ring
Vanderk Mid
Bathory/Evil Druid Armor
Eddga Footgear
DBSS Mace
Deviling Garment
2xH.Poodle ring - Using Meat

Tip: Soulring+Vanderk Mid+Pirates Dagger is the best combo ever, you will never need kaho ever for farming!...

I suggest you dont hit geffenia till you get better gears for your hunter. It gets pretty mobby and getting back there is a pain.

I suggest Hugel fields. The ones with the Petite/Deleter/Breeze mixes. Went exploring the other day and got myself a Gust Bow(1) from there. It also lets you gather the material needed to get into Abyss Dungeon. Now if only I could figure a way to effectively reflect magic train with my new Gust Bow(1).  8)
