Title: Where are the Alchemist Creation Guide Books sold?

I remember they were sold at the Weapon/Armor house in Prontera, but I checked and none of the NPCs had them.
Did they get moved or are they no longer available?

You can purchase them inside the building at the bottom left corner of Aldebaran.

You can purchase all the guide book except for the Elemental Potion Creation Guide. You can obtain it by doing the Alchemist's Platinum Skill Quest.
