Shouldn't IC be reached with cast reduction + bragi? Or am I imagining things?

This used to be the case on aegis, not anymore though. Im not sure about this, but atm i think it works like this- if cast is X seconds, percentage reductions are not added but are applied one by one to X, so your cast time is never 0.

Still with bragi what u get is close to 0. So, better one :)
but yes, you cannot get IC with cast reduction gears.

This is remarkably frustrating with new weapons that grant 25% cast reduction with certain skills beyond just the other cast reduction gears you can get. Maybe it's for the best?

the few cases where compound < sum xD too bad though =/

just try marionette you can get ic with it.

Well not that I really NEED IC for my case, which is spamming taekwon mission, it still requires restat to use marionette to get to IC or a lot of gear to begin with which kinda defeats the purpose :P But anyway, just checking :< too bad it doesn't work anymore though =/
