It's on the "Implemented" section but I can still NPC my warp clip. Does it require a reboot or something? Or just haven't actually been done yet?

Woops, I only did it to kafra clip, not the warp clips. Should be fixed now

It seems like modifications to monsters and mechanics do but not things related to items themselves.

Monster modifications technically don't, but if we were to do it without a reboot, it would reset all the monster timers and current monsters already spawned. So, we try not to mess with that stuff and leave it for reboots.
