yes /ok it drops from hell poodles in game and you can purchase it through ad shop (or from vendors)

Just beware of overpricing people. It's only 10 ads if you buy them from item shop and ads is at most 1.5m ea now.

you can buy them now at a price of 10m or lower.
i just saw some sell them for 7-8m

Yeah, I got mine from the ad shop when they were like 30m, lol.
