my hell poodle just couldn't stfu n its speaking pet poring speech so is there any way i could completely shut the speech off?

is editing pet speech illegal in aRO? i googled n found some clue from other private server regarding it, they said i could do it by editing through "pettalktable.xml"?" but the problem is that i dont have that "pettalktable.xml" on my data folder.

because my friend did that once, but idk how.
