Title: NPCs?

today i played RO, to visit, and wanted to cook something. But i have a question: is Ment, http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=item_db&item_id=708 and Amulet, http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=item_db&item_id=609 anywhere sold by an NPC? sometimes RMS is different than this server, so i need to ask you. I looked on the NPC shop list in forums, but it isn't up to date, 2009 and there are still missing some NPCs. so i have to ask you, does any NPC selling one of this items?

I don't think there are npcs selling those items
but
I have a crap load of amulets in my storage though ;D I'll sell them for cheap price

never saw an NPC selling those items if there is none, farming is the only way or buy from other players
