Title: High Wizard Card General Use Question

First off, I offer an apology in advance if I've overlooked a thread, but I've mostly just seen Vesper v. HW card comparison threads
clarifying that the HW card does not work on MvPs.

So...

I was wondering if I could clarify some of the typical usage for the HW card.

I know I've read that it works well on monsters like Banshee.
I looked through all the non-boss type monsters with high defense, and it seemed
to be one of the few actually worth killing that had high MDEF.  Dragons
in the Abyss being a possible other.

Besides that is it mostly a potential PvP/WoE-usage card (ignoring GTB for the moment)?

HW imo is mostly for pvp/woe. It can be helpful like you said in certain cases where monsters have pretty high mdef but there aren't as many good mobs, that i know of.
